Add your Trustpilot reviews to EmbedSocial
Since we currently don't have automatic integration with Trustpilot, I will share a few other options with you on how you can manually collect and embed your Trustpilot reviews:
Option 1: Request Import of Trustpilot reviews in EmbedReviews
We offer a service to our PRO users to import their posts into the platform due to some current limitations in the Trustpilot reviews export.

Option 2: Import Trustpilot Reviews with a CSV File
This is a handy option if you have a lot of reviews. Here's how you can do it:
Step 1. First, you need to log in to your EmbedReviews account.
Step 2: In the left-hand menu, click 'Import Reviews.'
Step 3. Download the CSV template on the Import Reviews page
Step 4. Fill it in with your Trustpilot reviews. You can do this manually or use a tool to fill in the template. Once you are ready, export the sheet file again in a CSV file. Here is how to do this in Google Sheets:
Click the top left 'File' menu > Click 'Download' > Choose 'Comma separated values (csv)'.
Step 5: Once you have your Trustpilot reviews in the CSV template, go back to the import page and click 'Upload file,' make sure the Date format is the same as in your template, for example, YYYY-MM-DD, and click the top right 'Upload reviews' button.
And that's it! Your Trustpilot reviews will appear on the selected source page.
Option 3: Import Tripadvisor Reviews Manually
If you only have a few reviews or prefer to choose which ones to display, you can add them manually:
Step 1: Log in to your EmbedReviews account.
Step 2: Go to Sources, click 'Add source' and select 'Custom reviews':
Step 3: Name your custom source and click 'Next':
Step 4: On the source page, click 'Add review':
Step 5: Fill in the form and make sure to include the customer's name, the review text, and the review date.
Step 6: Once you've entered all the information, click 'Save'.
Step 7: Repeat this process for each review you want to add.

Below are the steps on how to get the reviews widget code and embed the Trustpilot reviews on your website.
How to Embed Trustpilot Reviews on your website
Once you have your Trustpilot reviews in the platform, you only need to create a widget with the Trustpilot source and get the code. You can do this on the Widgets page or add the reviews to the source page, as shown below.
Step 1: Go to the source page where you uploaded the reviews and click 'Create widget'.
Step 2: Once the widget is created, in the editor, click the left-hand Embed tab and click 'Copy code'.
