Downgrade your plan from a paid to a free subscription
In order to downgrade your plan from a paid to a free subscription you will need to:
Navigate to the 'Billing section':
2. Once you are on the 'Billing' page, you can downgrade your subscription/trial subscription by clicking 'Cancel' below your product:
3. Select 'Downgrade to our free plan with a default layout'
4. Confirm once again by clicking on the 'Downgrade to free' button and your paid plan/trial will be downgraded to the free one:
Downgrade from a bigger plan to a lower one
If you are on a bigger plan and want to downgrade to a lower one, for example, if you are using the Pro Plus plan and want to downgrade to the Pro plan, please feel free to contact us at support@embedsocial.com or live chat and we will downgrade the plan for you.
