Keeping your business information accurate across all your locations is crucial for local SEO and customer trust. Our platform provides a powerful suite of tools to help you make changes efficiently from one central place.
Edit business info on one specific listing
If you want to edit the business details on one specific listing, follow the steps bellow:
Open the listings tab
Click on the desired listing
Click "Edit Business Info"
Scroll down to find the detail you want to change and click "edit"
Make the changes and save them.
Bulk Edit: Make Immediate Changes
This feature is perfect for when you need to update information for one or multiple listings right away.
To get started, click on the 'Bulk Edit' section in the left-side menu. Inside, you will find three tabs: Bulk Edit, Scheduled Edits, and Edits Tracker.
How it works:
1. From the 'Bulk Edit' tab, select the listing(s) you want to change by ticking the checkbox next to their name.
Choose the field you want to edit from the available options (e.g., 'Business Hours', 'Description', 'Services').
3. Let's say we will edit the Working hours now. Click on the "Next" button to proceed on the next step:
4. Select the days you want to make changes for, pick the time and update the working hours.
Scheduled Edits: Plan Your Updates in Advance
Use this feature to prepare for future changes, like holiday hours or temporary closures, so you don't have to worry about making the update on the day.
How it works:
1. Navigate to the 'Scheduled Edits' tab and click on "Schedule edits"
2. Proceed with the same steps as on the screenshots above. You can select the listings, the information you want to change, and enter the new details.
Then you can click on "Schedule hours update" to pick the time when these changes will be reflected live.
Save the schedule. The changes will be automatically submitted to Google at the specified time.
For example, you can schedule your business to be marked as 'Closed' on September 1st for a public holiday, and it will automatically update on that day.
Edits Tracker: Manage and Monitor All Changes
This section is your central hub for monitoring all updates to your listings. It gives you full control over your information's accuracy.
Here you can see:
Waiting for approval edits: See a list of changes suggested by Google visitors. You have the option to Accept the change if it's correct or Decline it if it's wrong.
See the Accepted and Declined changes: See a complete log of all changes, including edits you've accepted and declined
You also have an option to automatically Decline each suggested change. Just toggle over the "Decline edits by default" option in any section, and this option will be activated. You can see all automatic declines in "auto declined (info lock) section.
That's it 🎉 You are now ready to update your listing information in bulk and save plenty of time on manual work.
