In this article, you can learn how you can generate and integrate your EmbedFroms responses into EmbedReviews. So, once you have successfully made the integration, you can combine and show them together in your already created widgets, or into a new one.

To get started, log in to your EmbedReviews account.

Then, please follow these steps. First, go to "Sources", click on the "Add source" button:

Then select "EmbedForms" as a source:

Then, select the form you like to pull the responses from and click on the "Next" button.

*Please note that if you are not able to see your form, you will need to make sure that your form is meeting the criteria for the integration:

​1. Have at least one required Rating question

2. Have at least one required Short text or Email question

Once you have successfully selected your form, on the next page you will need to match the necessary data fields by editing the Reviewer, Review text, Rating, and photos fields (leave this field empty, if you haven't collected any photos):

On the right preview, you can check if the matching criteria work as expected.

Your EmbedForms responses will be shown as reviews, which you can display in a new widget by clicking on the "Create widget" button on the top right corner.

Once your widget is successfully created, you can easily display it on your website by just copy-pasting the generated code (see the screenshot below), anywhere into the body section of your website:

Or, you can add them with your other already displayed reviews by going into the "Sources" tab inside your previously created widget, and activating the EmbedForm source:
