In this short guide, I will try to help you out with how to refresh the 'missing permissions' on your Social account.
To refresh your missing permissions follow the steps below:
1. Please make sure to go to the Social accounts page:
https://embedsocial.com/admin/reviews_profiles.
2. Click 'Refresh' next to the profile, which indicates 'Missing permissions'
3. You will be redirected to Google or Facebook, depending on which profile is missing permissions, and you will just need to re-approve your profile by clicking 'Allow':
Once you click 'Allow', the account should state 'Connected' and the posts will continue to auto-update.
*Please note that you will need to be logged in with the same Facebook account that is missing the permissions in order to refresh them, or the same Google My Business account.
