If you cancel your monthly subscription to any EmbedSocial product, the widget will continue to be active on your website until your subscription period expires. However, if your subscription expires without renewal, all widgets embedded on your website will stop functioning altogether and may appear as non-functional elements unless removed.

To illustrate, if you subscribe on the 1st day of a month and cancel mid-month, your subscription will stay active until the 1st day of the following month. After this date, your account will be deactivated, and the reviews widget will no longer be visible. Additionally, any expired subscription will result in the complete functionality loss of embedded widgets, leaving behind non-functional site elements unless the widget code is manually removed.

If you cancel your yearly subscription, the widgets will remain operational until the expiration date of your annual subscription.

When you downgrade to the free plan, your widgets will continue to be active but with restricted functionality. Advanced features like customization options will no longer be accessible, and the widgets may adopt a default design. Should your subscription expire and not be renewed, all widgets on your site will cease functioning and could display as non-functional elements unless you remove the widget code.
