O que há de novo?

Um resumo das funcionalidades mais recentes, melhorias de produto e atualizações importantes do EmbedSocial.

A YouTube Keywords source with the keywords ecommerce shop and unboxing and the matching videos it collected
FeatureIntegration

New source: YouTube Keywords

YouTube Keywords is now a source of its own, no longer mixed with YouTube hashtags. Tick Keywords for YouTube in bulk sources setup, type the words you want to track, and EmbedSocial collects the videos that match them. A keyword source pulls videos by the words in them and a hashtag source pulls videos published under a #hashtag, so you always know what each source brings in. Available on Pro Plus and higher, the same plans as YouTube hashtags.

FeatureIntegration

EmbedSocial is now a plugin in ChatGPT

The EmbedSocial plugin is approved and published in ChatGPT. Install it from the plugin page, sign in with your EmbedSocial account, and ask about your UGC and widget analytics right in the chat. Find posts by keyword, source and date, view widget media and individual media details, and summarize widget click counts for a date range. Access is read-only, and no Developer mode or server URL is needed.

The All posts page filtered to a single tag from the filter panel
Enhancement

Filter posts by tag on the Posts page

Open the filter panel on the All posts page and pick a tag to show only the posts carrying it. Until now tags could only be used for filtering inside a widget, so there was no way to review or moderate tagged content from the admin. Combined with an auto-tagging automation, new posts arrive already sorted into the tag you want to look at.

The Insights page loading mentions, sentiment, and top sources without a manual import
Feature

Insights loads your data automatically

The Insights page now pulls your data on its own and shows the reports for your selected filters as soon as the page loads. The manual export and import step is gone. It is also where social listening onboarding ends, so once you set up a listening topic you land on Insights and see your data straight away.

Keyword filters applied to a widget, with the feed narrowing to matching posts
Enhancement

New keyword filtering across all widgets

A new keyword filtering solution is live across every widget. Choose the keywords a widget should match and it displays only the posts and reviews that contain them, so one connected source can feed several widgets that each show something different.

Approving LinkedIn mentions and publishing them as a live website widget
FeatureIntegration

New source: LinkedIn Mentions

Connect your LinkedIn company page as a mentions source and EmbedSocial pulls in the posts where other people tag your page. Approve the ones you want, then embed them as a live UGC widget on your website so visitors see real professionals vouching for you. Every mention keeps the author's name, profile photo, and a link back to the original post, and the widget refreshes as new mentions come in.

The Posts page as a masonry grid, with tagging, rights, and status on each post card
DesignEnhancement

The Posts page, redesigned

Everything you have pulled in now sits in a masonry grid, and each post card handles tagging, rights requests, and status right where you see the post. No more jumping between screens to act on one item. The list view got the same treatment, so you can add tags and check status straight from the row.

The EmbedSocial MCP connecting ChatGPT to posts, analytics, and media
FeatureIntegration

Use the EmbedSocial MCP inside ChatGPT

The EmbedSocial MCP now works in ChatGPT as well as Claude. Add it once, then ask for your posts, UGC, reviews, and engagement analytics right in the chat and turn them into reports, recaps, and drafts. You no longer need to build a widget first: the MCP pulls your EmbedSocial data directly. It runs on your own account and permissions, with read-only access to the content you already see.

Embed your widgets in Canva

All feed widgets, including the older feed widgets, can now be embedded in Canva, along with the reviews widgets built in the universal editor. Drop a live feed or a wall of reviews into a Canva design and it shows the same content as the widget on your website.

The Auto tagging automation builder, applying the tags you typed to every new post from the selected sources
Feature

Auto-tagging is now an Automation

Pick the sources to watch and type the tags to apply, and every new post collected from those sources is tagged automatically. It applies the exact tags you type, so your campaign and theme tags land on everything a source collects without manual sorting. Available on the Premium plan.
