We sell real customer voices: reviews, posts and photos from real people, shown on real websites. It would be odd to fill our own site with text nobody wrote and nobody checked. This page says how we work instead.
Who writes here
Three people write this blog. Nikola Bojkov, founder and CEO, writes about the platforms we integrate with, their APIs and how businesses use customer content. Kate Bojkov, Head of Growth, writes about marketing, social proof and how we build the product. Dushko Talevski writes and edits the guides, comparisons and how-to posts. Every post carries the name of the person who stands behind it. We do not invent authors, use stock headshots or borrow credentials.
The Docs section is different: it is updated most of the time by our Customer Success team and product managers, the people who answer your questions and build the features, so it changes whenever the product does.
Spanish and Portuguese posts are reviewed by Nikola and Kate, who read both languages. Italian posts are reviewed by Dushko. A translation that nobody on the team has read is not published.
How we test what we describe
When a guide says "connect your Instagram account and the feed appears on your page," someone here has done exactly that, in a real EmbedSocial account, on the day the guide was written or updated. Screenshots come from our own product and the platforms we work with, not from stock libraries. When a post shows a widget, it is a live widget you can click.
We integrate through official platform APIs, so our guides follow the platforms' own rules and change when the platforms change. When a step stops working, we fix the post or say so at the top of it.
How we use AI tools
We use AI tools the way we use a spell checker or a research assistant: to gather sources, structure a draft, suggest a first translation, and catch mistakes. They are tools we use, never the author.
Before anything goes live, a named person reads the whole page and checks five things: that real work went into it, that it says something the top results do not, that it is written well enough to be worth your time, that every fact is accurate today, and that the author is real. That includes the title, the description and the image captions, not just the body. If a page cannot pass those checks, it stays a draft.
Pages that start to disagree with the product, or that nobody reads anymore, are updated, merged into a better page, or taken out of search. We would rather have fewer pages that are right than many that are not.
Dates
Every post shows the date it was last updated. That date moves only when the content changed: new steps, corrected facts, a better answer. Fixing a typo or a link does not count, and we never touch a date to make a post look fresh.
What we do not do
We do not buy mentions, links or placements in "best tools" lists. We do not post to communities with scripts or under names that are not ours. We do not change a post's date to make it look new.
Found a mistake?
Tell us through the contact page. We correct errors in the post itself and note what changed when the change matters.
