Getting started

Setup EmbedSocial for Intercom

Just Install the app from the Intercom store and it will appear in your operator chat section.

1. Install the app

Visit the Intercom store click ‘Install’ to start setting up the EmbedSocial Reviews app in your Intercom workspace.

2. Push reviews form in chat

EmbedSocial appears in the chat composer. Just click the icon to send the form to your customer during the chat in Intercom Messenger.

3. Store & display reviews

The system will capture the reviews in your EmbedSocial account, where you can create a widget and display them on your website.
