Build monthly Google Reviews executive reports
Use EmbedSocial's Google Reviews executive report agent to summarize a month of customer reviews into a report leadership can actually read.
One connection. Runs on your live EmbedSocial data.
What does it do?
Connect EmbedSocial with Claude or ChatGPT and Google Drive to create an agent that reviews a month of Google Reviews and turns the findings into a formatted executive report. The agent covers rating trends, review volume, recurring themes, standout praise, and recurring complaints, then writes the summary directly into a Google Doc with clear sections and recommendations.
Useful for
- Reporting to leadership: turn raw review data into a document decision-makers can skim in minutes;
- Tracking monthly rating trends: see how average rating and review volume moved month over month;
- Surfacing recommendations: get suggested next steps based on recurring themes, not just raw numbers.

Real-world use case
Imagine leadership expects a monthly summary of how the business is doing on Google Reviews, and you don't want to build it by hand every time. Instead, you ask Claude or ChatGPT:
Using the EmbedSocial MCP, pull all Google Reviews from the last calendar month, plus the month before it as a baseline, for [business/location]. Summarize average rating, review volume, rating trend versus the month before, top praise themes, top complaint themes, and recommended actions. Create a formatted executive report in Google Docs with clear headings and a short summary at the top.
Your AI tool reviews the month's ratings and feedback, structures the findings, and creates a polished, ready-to-share executive report in Google Drive.
Prefer to build this into your own app instead of running it from a prompt? The same posts, mentions, reviews and widget analytics are available through the social media API.
