Create customer success reports in Notion AI

Use EmbedSocial's customer success reporting agent to keep your team's Notion workspace stocked with a current read on customer sentiment.

One connection. Runs on your live EmbedSocial data.

What does it do?

Connect EmbedSocial with Claude or ChatGPT and Notion to create an agent that pulls this week's reviews and rating average, then saves a summary with highlights and concerns directly to your Notion workspace. Instead of compiling this by hand each week, the agent handles the pull and the write-up, leaving you with a ready-to-read document.

Useful for

  • Keeping customer success teams informed: a running summary of what customers are saying, without manual compilation;
  • Documenting sentiment trends in one place: build a searchable record in Notion instead of scattered notes;
  • Saving weekly reporting time: skip re-reading every review to write the recap yourself.
