Sync Google Reviews with Airtable
Use EmbedSocial's Airtable sync agent to give your reviews a proper home for filtering, sorting, and reporting.
One connection. Runs on your live EmbedSocial data.
What does it do?
Connect EmbedSocial with Claude or ChatGPT and Airtable to create an agent that pulls new Google Reviews and syncs them into an Airtable base, logging reviewer name, rating, date, and review text. The agent keeps your Airtable base current without requiring manual data entry every time a new review comes in.
Useful for
- Organizing review data for marketing and ops teams: keep reviews in a structured, filterable base;
- Feeding other Airtable-based workflows: use synced review data as an input for automations elsewhere in your base;
- Avoiding manual data entry: skip copying review details in by hand.
How to sync Google Reviews with Airtable

Note: Depending on the connectors you are using, you may be prompted to authenticate your platform connections by logging into your accounts.
Real-world use case
Imagine you want your reviews to live in the same base your team already uses for tracking customer feedback. Instead of manually re-entering new reviews, you ask Claude or ChatGPT:
Using the EmbedSocial MCP, sync new reviews from [widget] into my Airtable base with reviewer, rating, date, and text.
Your AI tool pulls the new reviews and adds them as records in your Airtable base, kept current with each run.
Prefer to build this into your own app instead of running it from a prompt? The same posts, mentions, reviews and widget analytics are available through the social media API.
