Track review trends in Google Sheets

Use EmbedSocial's review trends agent to keep a running, day-by-day record of how your ratings are moving, not just a single snapshot.

One connection. Runs on your live EmbedSocial data.

What does it do?

Connect EmbedSocial with Claude or ChatGPT and Google Drive to create an agent that pulls reviews and daily rating averages over a set period and logs them into a spreadsheet tab. Instead of a one-time summary, this builds a dataset you can keep appending to, useful for spotting slow declines or improvements that a single monthly check might miss.

Useful for

  • Spotting rating trends early: catch gradual rating shifts before they show up in a monthly report;
  • Building a historical record: keep a running dataset instead of relying on point-in-time dashboard checks;
  • Feeding other reports or dashboards: use the logged data as a source for charts or KPI reviews.

Real-world use case

The prompt

Using the EmbedSocial MCP, export reviews and daily rating averages for the last 90 days into a "Review trends" tab in my Google Sheet. Append only the dates that are not already in the tab and leave existing rows in place, so the tab keeps its full history each time this runs.
