Do the widgets update automatically?
Yes. EmbedSocial has approved API integrations with Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X, and Instagram, enabling the system to collect and update content automatically.
How many widgets can I create?
Every paid plan allows unlimited widgets. The free plan also lets you publish, with limits on sources and views.
Do I need a Trustpilot API key to add Trustpilot reviews?
Yes. Trustpilot widgets are available on the Premium plan and require Trustpilot API access. You will need your own Trustpilot API key to connect Trustpilot as a source.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. There are no contracts, no hidden fees, and no minimum commitments. You can cancel your subscription from your account whenever you choose and you will not be billed again.
What counts as a view?
A view is a page view. It is counted each time a visitor loads a page that contains your widget.

Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account.
Do the widgets stop working if I cancel?
Yes. The widgets stop displaying once your subscription ends. You can reactivate at any time and your widgets resume immediately.
Are the widgets compatible with web builders?
Yes. EmbedSocial widget codes work with any website builder or e-commerce platform that supports JavaScript embedding.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. For Enterprise plans, we also support wire transfers and purchase orders.
Do you offer a discount for nonprofits?
Yes. We offer a 50% discount for nonprofit organizations. Contact us with proof of your NGO status to request the discount.
