AI Credits

AI Credits are like tokens that are spent for every AI-powered action in your account, primarily for helping you write replies to your customer reviews.

How can I use AI in my GBP account?

At the moment we do have AI assistance for the review replies. When replying to a review, you have two options:

1. AI Reply Suggestions: For any review, you can ask our AI to instantly generate three distinct reply options for you to choose from. You can select the one you like best and send it directly.
2. Custom AI Assistant: You can set up and customise your own AI assistant. This assistant learns from your instructions to create personalised replies that match your brand's unique tone of voice automatically.

How Are AI Credits Spent?

The system is designed to be simple and transparent. Each time you use AI to finalize a reply, one credit is used.

This applies whether you choose one of the three AI suggestions or use a reply generated by your custom AI assistant. Replying manually with your own message will never use any of your AI credits.

How Do I Get AI Credits?

• Free Starting Credits: To help you experience the power of our AI features, every new account automatically starts with 100 free AI credits.
• Purchasing More Credits: If you run out of your initial credits, you can easily purchase more at any time from within your account to continue using the AI features without interruption.

In order to purchase more AI credits, first you can click on the AI credit section:

Then you can slide the black dot on the right to select the amount of credits you want to purchase, and proceed to the payment:

• Enable Auto Top-up

1. Click the toggle to enable the feature.
2. Once enabled, you will see two fields to fill in:

• 'When credits are below': Enter the credit balance that will trigger the automatic purchase. (e.g., 5)
• 'Automatically buy': Enter the amount of credits you want the system to purchase for you. (e.g., 500)

1. Click the 'Save' button to activate the automation.

That's it! Your account is now set up to automatically refill your AI credits, giving you peace of mind that your AI automations will always be active.
