A LinkedIn source pulls posts from a LinkedIn company page into EmbedSocial, so you can display them in a widget or track them in social listening. You choose between two source types when you set it up: 'LinkedIn Account' for the posts your page publishes, or 'LinkedIn Mentions' for the posts where other people tag your page.
Connecting runs in three stages: pick the source type, sign in and choose the page, then pick a widget template. You need admin access to the LinkedIn page you want to connect.
LinkedIn sources require the Pro Plus plan or higher.
How to connect a LinkedIn source
Open the source picker. Click '+ Add source' in the left menu.
Choose LinkedIn. Under 'or connect single source', click 'LinkedIn'.
Pick the source type. Choose 'LinkedIn Account' to pull your page's own posts, or 'LinkedIn Mentions' to pull posts that tag your page, then click 'Next: Connect account'.
Connect your account. Click 'Connect with LinkedIn' and sign in.
Choose the page and connect. Pick your profile from the dropdown, select the page you want from the list, then click 'Connect source'. Use 'Search pages' if you manage several.
Pick a widget template. Choose a template for the widget that will display your LinkedIn posts.
The header shows how many sources you have used against your plan's limit, for example '74/100 sources'. Check it before connecting if you are close to the cap.

FAQ
What is the difference between LinkedIn Account and LinkedIn Mentions?
'LinkedIn Account' pulls the posts your own company page publishes. 'LinkedIn Mentions' pulls posts from other people that tag your page, which is what you want for user-generated content.
Which plan do I need for a LinkedIn source?
LinkedIn sources require the Pro Plus plan or higher.
Can I connect more than one LinkedIn page?
Yes. Run through '+ Add source' again for each page. Each connected page counts as one source against your plan's source limit.
Why is my page not in the list?
The list only shows pages the signed-in LinkedIn profile administers. If a page is missing, check that your LinkedIn account has admin access to it, then reconnect.
Do I have to create a widget right away?
No. Picking a template is the last stage of the flow, but the source keeps collecting posts either way, and you can build a widget later from 'Widgets'.
