What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments such as Visa, Master Card, Amex, and Discover.
And also PayPal & Apple pay.
Additionally, we offer the option of payment via Bank Transfer for yearly invoices. To create the invoice, we will require the following details:
- Name of the company.
- Company address.
- VAT identification number.
- Purchase order number (optional).
Please share these details along with the product you are interested in and the desired plan. Our finance team will be happy to create the invoice for you.

Change billing info
To Change your billing info and access your invoices in your EmbedSocial account, go to the bottom-left corner, where you will see your account name, click on it, and click 'Billing':
On the right-hand side, you can click 'Edit' and update the billing info

View invoices

Why am I being asked to enter a VAT ID?
We collect VAT on all accounts in the European Union that don't have an EU VAT number on file with us. All VAT numbers are validated with our payment processor Recurly by using the VAT Information Exchange System (VIES) at https://commission.europa.eu/index\_en
If your billing address is not in the EU, no tax will be added to your invoices.
To avoid being charged VAT tax, add a valid VAT number to your account with an EU billing address. To do so you will need to:
- Click on the 'Profile Icon' in the bottom left corner
- Click 'My Profile'
- Click 'Edit'
- Enter your VAT number under VAT number (EU only), and click 'Save Changes'
