When you disconnect a listing from the platform
When you disconnect a Google Business Listing from your account, the following changes take effect immediately:
- Data Syncing Stops: We immediately stop pulling in any new reviews, photos, posts, or analytical data from that listing.
- Management Features are Disabled: You will no longer be able to use our platform to reply to reviews, create new posts, or update the business information for that disconnected listing.
How to disconnect a listing
If you want to remove some of the connected listings all you have to do is:
- Navigate to the 'Listings' section on your left side menu
- Open the "All listings" tab
- Find the listing that you want to remove
- Under the "Connected" column, you will see which listings are connected. Open the dropdown menu
- Click "No"
That's it, your listing is no longer connected.
