Branding

Set your logo, font family, and brand colors once in Settings, and the AI editor applies them to every widget you build.

Branding is where you set your brand once for the whole workspace. Your logo, font family, and brand colors are saved on the account, and the AI editor picks them up every time you build a widget. You do not have to re-pick colors, re-type a font name, or re-upload a logo on each new widget.

Open it from the bottom-left corner of your account, go to 'Settings', then select 'Branding' from the settings list.

What the Branding panel holds

The Branding screen in Settings with the Website field and its Fetch assets button, Company Name, Industry, Logo, Font Family, and the Primary and Accent Color fields
  • Website. Your site's address. Click 'Fetch assets' next to it and EmbedSocial reads the page to extract your logo and brand colors for you, so you do not have to pick those by hand.
  • Company Name and Industry. The name of the business the workspace belongs to, and the industry it operates in.
  • Logo. The image shown alongside your widgets and reports. Upload it with 'Upload logo'. Recommended size is 400×400px, with a maximum file size of 2MB.
  • Font Family. The typeface the AI editor reaches for when it builds a widget, so widget text matches the type on your own site.
  • Primary Color, Secondary Color, and Accent Color. The three brand colors, each set as a hex value (for example #0033ff). The AI editor decides where each one fits best across headers, buttons, links, and accents.

How to set up your global branding

  1. Open the Branding settings. Go to the bottom-left corner of your account, open 'Settings', and select 'Branding'.

  2. Enter your website and fetch your assets. Type your site's address into the 'Website' field and click 'Fetch assets'. Your logo and brand colors are extracted from the page and filled in for you.

  3. Fill in the company details. Enter your 'Company Name' and the 'Industry' your business operates in.

  4. Upload or replace the logo. If the fetch did not find your logo, or you want a cleaner version of it, click 'Upload logo' and pick the file. Keep it close to 400×400px and under 2MB.

  5. Set the font family. Type the name of your brand typeface into 'Font Family'.

  6. Set your three colors. Fill in 'Primary Color', 'Secondary Color', and 'Accent Color' with the hex values from your brand guidelines.

  7. Save your branding settings. From here on, the AI editor builds every new widget against these values.

How the AI editor uses your branding

Once your branding is saved, it becomes the starting point for every widget you generate. When you describe a widget in AI design, the editor already knows your logo, your typeface, and your three colors, so the first build comes back on-brand instead of in template defaults.

That changes what you have to write in the prompt. You can describe the layout and the content you want and leave the styling alone, rather than spelling out hex codes and a font name every time.

You keep full control per widget. Anything the AI applies can be changed with a follow-up prompt in the same chat, for example "make the header background darker" or "use the accent color on the buttons only". Those changes stay on that one widget and leave your workspace branding untouched.

FAQ

Do I have to set this up for every widget?

No. Branding is a workspace setting, so you fill it in once and every widget you create afterwards inherits it.

Do I have to enter the colors and logo by hand?

Not usually. Enter your site's address in 'Website' and click 'Fetch assets', and your logo and brand colors are extracted from the page for you. Hand-editing is there for the cases where the fetch misses something.

What size should the logo be?

400×400px is the recommended size, and the maximum file size is 2MB.

Where does the logo show up?

On your widgets and in your reports.

Can one widget still look different from the rest?

Yes. Keep prompting in the AI design chat for that widget. Per-widget changes do not write back to your Branding settings.

What if I rebrand later?

Update the values in 'Branding' once, and new widgets pick up the new brand from that point on.

What's next

With your brand saved, build a widget in AI design and describe the layout and content you want. To start from a finished design instead of a prompt, apply one from Templates.
