The Instagram hashtag source pulls the posts that use a specific hashtag into EmbedSocial, so you can display a hashtag feed on your website or track a campaign with social listening.
One hashtag source can watch several hashtags at once, which is useful when a campaign runs under more than one tag. Hashtag sources require the Pro Plus plan or higher.
Before you start, connect your Instagram Account as a source.
How to connect an Instagram hashtag source
Open the source picker. Click '+ Add source' in the left menu.
Choose Instagram. Under 'or connect single source', click 'Instagram'.
Pick the hashtag source type. On 'Choose source type', select '#Hashtags posts', then click 'Next'.
Enter your hashtags and connect. Type the hashtags you want to track in 'Instagram hashtag', separating multiple hashtags with a comma, then click 'Connect source'.
Add every tag a campaign runs under in one go. The field accepts multiple hashtags separated by a comma, so you do not need a separate source for each.

FAQ
Can one source track more than one hashtag?
Yes. The 'Instagram hashtag' field accepts multiple hashtags separated by a comma, so a single source can watch a whole campaign.
Which plan do I need for hashtag sources?
Hashtag sources require the Pro Plus plan or higher.
Do I need to connect my Instagram account first?
Yes. Connect your Instagram Account before adding a hashtag source.
Can I change the hashtags later?
Open the source from 'Sources' and edit its configuration. You can also add another hashtag source if you would rather keep campaigns separate.
