If you notice that your Facebook reviews avatars are broken, then it's most probably caused by missing permissions on your Facebook account.
To fix the broken avatars, you can navigate to your Social accounts and click the 'Refresh' button, next to your Facebook account.
After you 'refresh' the permissions, please wait for 24-48 hours, and the avatars should be automatically recovered for your Facebook reviews.
