In this article, we will explain how LinkedIn re-posts work within the EmbedSocial widget.
It’s important to note that we use the official LinkedIn API to pull posts into your EmbedSocial account. However, the LinkedIn API only allows us to pull posts that are originally published by your connected account.
If you re-post content on LinkedIn that was not originally posted by you and add your own thoughts, only your text will appear in your EmbedSocial widget. The actual re-posted content will not be shown.
