- The auto-update time - once you post a new post on your Socia media accounts, your posts will be pulled automatically based on the plan you are using:
- Missing permissions - If your account, or hashtag source is not updating with new posts please go to the social accounts page, and make sure that your connected social accounts are up to date with permissions. Here is a helpful article.
- Username is changed - If you have changed the username of your Instagram account, then it should be updated inside your EmbedSocial account in order for the posts to be pulled automatically. You just need to contact us directly on live chat or send us an email at support@embedsocial.com and our dev team will update your username.
- Reels that contain copyrighted music - If there are some Instagram reels that are not pulled inside your EmbedSocial account and contain music, then the most common reason is that Instagram is not sharing these reels through their official API due to copyright violations.
