To answer your question at the moment we can't pull edited data from Instagram posts if they are already pulled to your EmbedSocial account.
The reason is that we are pulling posts directly from the official Instagram API, and currently, they are not sharing any edited data from the already pulled posts, and that's why we they are not updated automatically with the latest information into EmbedSocial.
If a specific post is edited before that Instagram account or Instagram hashtag is added as a source then by adding that account as a source for the first time, we can pull the post with all the edited changes.
